Cancellation, No Show, & Late Policy Hiiiii, I know life happens. Kids get sick, work runs late, traffic goes wild, I completely understand. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, and out of respect for my time and other guests waiting to get in, I have a few policies in place: Cancellation (48 hours): • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50 percent of the scheduled service. No Show or Same Day Cancellation (within 24 hours): • If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. Any no show or cancellation within 24 hours will be charged 100 percent of the scheduled service. This helps cover the time I set aside just for you. Running Late?: If you are running behind, send me a quick message so I know you are on the way! • Less than 10 minutes late usually gives us enough time to still complete your service. • More than 15 minutes late may require adjusting or rescheduling your appointment. If we have to reschedule, the cancellation fee may apply. Repeated Late Changes If late cancellations or tardiness become consistent, I may require a non refundable deposit to reserve future appointments. This helps keep the schedule fair for all guests. I truly appreciate your understanding. These policies allow me to give every guest (yes you!!) a luxurious, stress free experience and help ensure my time is respected.
